Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released notification regarding the recruitment School Lecturer (Sanskrit Education) for various subjects in the state of Rajasthan. Eligibility Criteria:
- For School Lecturer- Political Science, Mathematics, Economics :
(i) Second Class Post graduate degree in the concerned subject having minimum 48% marks with Shiksha Shastri/B.Ed. degree.
(ii) Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture
- For School Lecturer-Dharm Shahtra, Jyotish, Yjurved, Samanya Darsan, Jain Darsan, Nayay Darsan
(i)Shastri or equivalent traditional Sanskrit examination with Sanskrit medium and Second Class Acharya degree or equivalent Sanskrit medium examination in the concerned subject having minimum 48% marks with Shiksha Shastri degree or equivalent.
(ii) Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
Age Limit :
- Minimum- 21 yrs
- Maximum-40 Yrs
Pay Level : Pay Matrix level L-12
Th salary will be according to state government pay level i.e. Pay Matrix Level L-12.

- General, Ews, Rajasthan Creme Layer OBC – Rs.350/-
- Rajasthan Non- Creme Layer OBC- Rs.250/-
- PwD, Rajasthan SC/ST – Rs.150/-
Selection Process:
- Selection Process: Written Exam

- There will be two Papers. Marks for Paper-I:150 marks and Marks of Paper-II:300 marks.
- Duration of Paper-I: one and a half hours and the duration of Paper-II: three hours.
- Negative marking- Deduction of one-third of mark
