Solutions
S1. Ans.(c)
Sol. First 5 multiples of 4 are as follow
4 × 1 = 4, 4 × 2 = 8, 4 × 3 = 12, 4 × 4 = 16
And 4 × 5 = 20
∴ Sum of first 5 multiples of 4
= 4 + 8 + 12 + 16 + 20
= 60
S2. Ans.(b)
Sol. First 4 multiples of 9 are as follow
9 × 1 = 9, 9 × 2 = 18, 9 × 3 = 27
And 9 × 4 = 36
∴ Sum of first 4 multiples of
9 = 9 + 18 + 27 + 36
= 90

S10. Ans.(a)
Sol. Required LCM = 2 × 3 × 5 × 7 × 11
