Sol. Let the number = x
15x= x+210
14x= 210
x= 15

Sol. x+(x+4)+(x+8)+(x+12)= 60
4x+24= 60
4x= 36
X= 9
eldest boy’s age = x+12
= 9+12
= 21

S8. Ans.(d)
Sol. 68-55= 13, 85-72= 13 and 119-106= 13
LCM of 68, 85, 119 = 2380
= 2380-13
= 2367
The square of the sum of digits of 2367
= (2+3+6+7)²
= (18)²
= 324

Sol. [(2.6×4)÷1]-[(2.4×6)÷2]+[(2.2×8)÷4]
= (10.4÷1)-(14.4÷2)+(17.6÷4)
= 10.4-7.2+4.4
= 14.8-7.2
= 7.6
