When in doubt take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and introspect your core values, morals, opinions, ideas, and thoughts to figure out what you like and believe in. this will be the foundation of your quest for your goals. This will help you find out what should be your next step in your life. When you meditate about your values and try to evaluate if your current state of mind and life are in alignment with your value system.
When you start releasing who you are, your goals become clearer and the clarity you were seeking will shine brightly in front of you.
Next, you should consider your passion, interests, and skills. If your passion and goals don’t align then you will again go back to the rut of overthinking and confusion about what next?
Once you acknowledged and meditated on your passion, emotions and ideas, then you will find a glint of inspiration. All you have to do is hold on to the inspiration and design your next step accordingly. Rest live it to Life. sometimes Life itself helps us find our next step. Let it unfold itself in its own way and surprise you.
Remember, when too many thoughts are disturbing you, you need to take a break from that thought for a while and slowly start focusing on one problem at a time and let Life figure out the rest.
