• The Question IDs will be displayed in sequential order.

• If you wish to challenge the answer, you can select one or more Option IDs provided in the next four columns by clicking the checkbox.
• After selecting your desired option(s), scroll down and click on “Save your Claims” to proceed to the next screen.
• A display of all the Option IDs you have challenged will appear.
