CTET Exam Analysis 2021-22 All Shifts: Subject Wise Analysis
The CTET Exam Shift 1 (Paper-I) consists of 5 subjects such as Child Development and Pedagogy (CDP), Hindi, English, Mathematics and Environmental Science. In the CTET Exam Shift 2 (Paper-II) there are 4 subjects in total. English, Hindi and Child development and Pedagogy are common subjects. The candidates need to choose between Mathematics & Science and Social Studies as their 4th subject. CTET Exam Analysis 2021 all Shift Date Wise: Child Development and Pedagogy
In general, the CDP section is moderate in terms of the difficulty level is concerned. The CDP section in Paper-I is based on the primary level (classes 1-5). The CDP section in Paper-II is based on the Upper Primary level (Classes 6-8). In previous year’s, CDP has always been the most scoring section in the CTET Exam. However, as this is the first time CTET Exam 2021 is going to be conducted in online mode, it is difficult to predict the difficulty level of the question papers.
CTET EXAM ANALYSIS 2021-22 Date Wise: English
The English paper as 1st language is easy to moderate whereas the English paper as 2nd language is usually easy on the difficulty level. The paper as 1st language will consist of two comprehensive passages and a poem. And in the 2nd language, there will be one comprehensive passage and candidates will have to answer 15 questions based on the passage. The rest 15 questions will be Pedagogical in nature. The question based on the passage or poem are related to grammar, the figure of speech, synonyms and antonyms and so on.
CTET Exam Analysis 2021-22 All Shift & All Papers: Hindi
The difficulty level of the Hindi section as 1st language is easy to moderate however the Hindi section as 2nd language is usually easy. The candidates have to answer two comprehensive passages and a poem in 1st language Hindi paper, whereas, in 2nd language Hindi paper will have only one passage. In both 1st language and 2nd language papers, the candidates have to answer 15 questions based on comprehensive passages and poems given in the paper. The rest of the 15 questions will be pedagogical in nature. The candidates have to be prepared to answer for synonyms and antonyms, one-word substitution and other grammar-related questions based on the passages given.
CTET Exam Analysis 2021-22 All Papers & Shifts Date Wise: Mathematics
The difficulty level of the Mathematics section is usually moderate. The Mathematics section in Paper-I is based on the primary level (classes 1-5). The Mathematics section in Paper-II is based on the Upper Primary level (Classes 6-8). For many candidates, this section is very challenging. Candidates have to answer 20 questions on calculations and the other 10 questions are pedagogical in nature. In this section, it is very important to read the question completely and carefully to avoid misunderstanding.
CTET Exam Analysis 2021-22 All Shift & Papers: Science
The questions from this section are mostly moderately difficult. The candidates will find most of the questions coming from the Direct from the NCERT Books. Moreover, in the previous year question paper, the number of chemistry and physics questions were increased. The average good attempts from the science and mathematics section combined are around 35- 44 out of the 60 questions. CTET Exam Analysis 2021-22 All Shift and All Papers: Social Sciences
The questions from this section are usually moderate in terms of difficulty level. In the previous year question paper, there was an increase in the number of questions coming from history and geography questions. The average good attempt from this section is around 40- 47 out of 60 questions.
CTET EXAM ANALYSIS 2021-22: Environmental Sciences
The questions are usually moderate in nature. The average good attempts in around 20-25 out of 30 questions. The candidates have to answer around 10 pedagogical questions and the rest are content-based questions. This subject plays a vital role in the CTET exam in terms of number scoring therefore focus on this subject also.
