X+2/3X=35
=3x+2x/3=35

Then, number= 387 k+48

=48/4=12m

4kg= 4×1000gm
=4000gm
Hence required percentage=500×100/4000=12.5%

Sol: Here 40% are girl in a school.
40%=300
60%=300× 60/40
=450

10.What should be taken out of 3/7 to get 2/7?

Then  3/7-x=2/7
X=3/7-2/7
