TNPSC கூறியது, “கம்பைன்ட் சிவில் சர்வீஸ் எக்ஸாமினேஷன்- II-ல் உள்ள பணியிடங்களுக்கு முதன்மை எழுத்துத் தேர்வு / திரைச் சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்புக்கு தற்காலிகமாக அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட அனைத்து விண்ணப்பதாரர்களும் நவம்பர் 17 முதல் டிசம்பர் 16 வரை ஸ்கேன் செய்யப்பட்ட அசல் சான்றிதழ்களை பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. வேலை நாட்களில் TACTVயின் பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட இ-சேவா மையங்கள்”.
