SSC JE 2019 Exam will be conducted in two phases:
Paper 1: The exam will be of 200 marks and will be Multiple Choice Questions based paper in which 0.25 marks will be deducted for every question attempted wrong by a candidate.
Paper 2: The exam will comprise of 300 marks and is again Multiple Choice Questions based paper. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every question attempted wrong by a candidate.
Candidates applying for the post of JE (civil), JE (quantity surveying & contract) must attempt Part A (civil & structural) of paper I & II whereas candidates applying for JE (electrical) need to attempt Part B (electrical) & the candidates applying for JE (mechanical) must attempt Part C (mechanical) of Paper I & II.
