Last week, the state government issued a new date sheet for the board exams wherein the examination dates had been changed. Previously, the government had decided to conduct the exams between 20th June 2020 to 23rd June 2020. But in the new date sheet, the examination dates have been changed to 22nd June 2020 to 25th June 2020. The decision was taken because the previous dates of 20th June to 23rd June 2020 had a weekend in between, which was in conflict with the orders of the state government to keep everything in Dehradun shut during weekends.

Arrangements Being Finalised For The Board Exams

While announcing the date change, Mr Kunwar stated, “With everything closed in Dehradun, it would be difficult for teachers and students to reach the examination centres. So, we decided to change the dates. For now, as per the instructions of the central government, exam centres will not be set up in containment zones.” Check | HPBOSE 12th Results 2020 (Out): HP Board 12th Result Declared, Direct Link To Check 12th Result here
