As the dates for the class 10th board exams have been announced in Tamil Nadu, students have started their preparations accordingly. They are making use of the different learning resources to help with their preparations. The total number of students who will be appearing for class 10th board exams in Tamil Nadu is well over 9.7 lakhs. This poses a huge logistical challenge for the government, but it seems that the government is up for the challenge.

The government authorities have specified that they will strictly implement the social distancing norms during the Tamil Nadu class 10th exams 2020. The government has also established special examination centres for the convenience of students residing in the containment zones.

The government also has plans to distribute face masks for all the students, teachers, and staff members as a precautionary measure during the Tamil Nadu class 10th exams 2020. Additionally, the government has set up 12,690 examination centres across the state to enforce social distancing during the exams. This has been done to ally the fear of the parents that if their children might contract an infection during the exams.

 

 

Tamil Nadu Class 10th Exams 2020: Detailed Guidelines Issued

 

A government official has been quoted as saying that, “Strict social distancing norms will be implemented and only 10 students will be allowed to write the exam in each hall in their respective schools. So, this will avoid students from travelling to common examination centres.

The students who will be travelling from other districts will not be quarantined but instead will be appearing for the exams in separate halls within the examination centres. The examination centres and evaluation centres will be disinfected twice a day.

 

As special arrangements have been made for students residing in containment zones, these students will be writing their exams in special examination centres.

Now that the examinations are only a few days away, students must start their preparations accordingly.
