MBOSE Class 12th Exam 2020: There is an important announcement for the students who will be appearing for their pending home exams in the state of Meghalaya. According to the latest decision by the Meghalaya State Government, the students will be allowed to take the remaining papers of their Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examination from their home district headquarters respectively. This decision has been made official and the official notification has been put up on the official website of the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE).
“MBoSE to facilitate Students of the state in appearing their exam for the Subjects on8,9& 10 June 2020 is allowing them to apply for a change of centre to the District where they are now. Students can download the form from MBOSE website & email to the address as per notification 871 ” said the Education Minister Mr Lahkmen Rymbui on Tuesday, 26 May 2020 as he took to Twitter to announce the matter.

MBOSE Exams 2020: Detailed Instructions Issued by The Government
According to the reports, the remaining exams of the students have been scheduled to commence on June 8, 2020. They are scheduled to be conducted on June 8, 9, and 10 respectively.
“Therefore, the government has decided to allow such students to write their examination for the remaining papers from their respective home district headquarters,” said the Education Minister Mr. Rymbui on Tuesday.
The decision by the state government allows the candidates to study outside his/ her district headquarters to appear for the examination in the same district headquarters of his/ her residence, i.e. home district headquarters. However, it should be noted that this examination facility is made available only for district headquarters and not the subdivisions or the block level in the state. MBOSE Exams 2020: Over 3700 students expected to appear for the exams
With the sudden spread of the coronavirus, the exams of the Meghalaya State Board had also been postponed like all other boards. According to statistics, over 3700 students are expected to attend the exam from 59 different centres throughout the state for Mathematics, Physical Education, Statistics, and Western Music papers.
The candidates can visit the official website of MBOSE, at www.mbose.in for more information and details. The minister also said that the students who wish to attend the exams from their home headquarters are required to download the application format from the website of the Meghalaya Board of School of Education and fill the form to be emailed latest by May 31, 2020. The students may send the application to email@example.com for the Garo Hills region and to firstname.lastname@example.org for Khasi and Jaintia Hills regions.
