NTA JEE Main Result 2023 – Normalization Process

NTA will issue the JEE Result 2023 in percentile because the exam was held in multiple shifts. While some aspirants may have an easy paper, others may have to answer more challenging questions in JEE Main 2023. To overcome this, the normalization process is performed to determine the All India rank based on the exam percentile score. The formula for calculating percentile rank is presented below.

JEE Main Normalization Formula
(100 × the number of candidates who appeared in the session with a raw score equal to or less than the candidate) / the total number of candidates who appeared in that session.
