Detailed Information on Indian Navy Recruitment and admit card 2021

 

The admit cards for sailor examination which is held for Senior secondary Recruits and Artificer Apprentice is released by the Indian Navy. It is available at the official http://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in of the Indian Navy. There are a total of 2500 vacancies to be filled.

 

The students can visit the website and download the admit cards. 2021 Batch students, who have appeared in the exam and have also cleared the interview, can download their respective call letters from the website.

 

The shortlisting for the written exam will be based on the marks scored in the senior secondary examination. The cut-off marks vary from state to state. Nearly 10,000 students will be shortlisted for the written examination and the PFT (Physical Fitness Test).

The written exam will be the online exam of 100 MCQ, each containing 1 mark. Negative marking is there. 0.25 marks deduction for each wrong answer. Students who have cleared Class 12 can easily answer the questions asked.

 

Question for the written exam will be from subjects English, Science, Maths, and General Knowledge.

 

The PFT will require the candidates to run and qualify in a 1.6km run. Seven-minute will be allotted to complete the run. After completing the run, candidates need to do 20 squats and 10 push-ups. This year the PFT might change a bit due to the ongoing Covid pandemic.

 

The Exam date has not yet been declared for the Artificer Apprentice and Senior Secondary recruitment post. The application fee is Rs 60+ GST per student. You can pay the fees online using RuPay, VISA, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, GPay.

 

Medical Examination which is the last stage of the Navy Examination minimum acceptable height required for it is 157 cms. Also, the minimum chest expansion should be 5 cms.

  1. The candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
  2. The Candidate should have cleared secondary education with a minimum of 60% aggregate with Physics, and Mathematics along with optional Computer Science/ Chemistry/Biology.
  3. The candidate should have been born on or after 01 February 2001 to 31 July 2004.

  1. Visit the official website- http://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in
  2. Click on “Career” option. Using it you can register in the website.
  3. Login to the website suing valid email address.
  4. Under ‘Current Opportunities’, you will find the option to Apply.
  5. Fill the application and submit along with the required scanned documents.
  6. You can select the preferred examination centre in the application form.
  7. If you are a reserved category student, you don’t need to pay the application fees.
  8. Download the form after submitting it.
