IIM Rohtak 5 Year Integrated Law Programme (IPL)

IIM Rohtak Integrated Programme of Law

The Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak had recently launched the five-year Integrated Law Programme for students who have cleared their Class 12 Examinations. The Integrated Law Programme or IPL will offer the candidates in-depth knowledge about Law And Governance along with Management Studies. The Candidates who enrol themselves for the five year Law Programme at the Indian Institute of Management at Rohtak will get a BBA LLB Degree after completion of the five-year programme. The five-year law programme at IIM Rohtak is affiliated and recognised by the Bar Council of India or BCI. Interested candidates should also keep in mind that the CLAT score will act as a basis for admission into the Integrated Law Programme offered by the IIM, Rohtak.

IIM Rohtak Integrated Programme of Law- Eligibility Criteria

Admission into the Integrated Law Programme offered by the IIM, Rohtak will be subject to fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria. Candidates will have to fulfil all the conditions to be able to get admission to the Integrated Law Programme. The following conditions need to be fulfilled by the Candidates:

  • The Candidate belongs to the General Category or NC-OBC, EWS, then he/she should have scored at least 60% marks in class 10/SSC and class 12/HSC  examinations or any other equivalent examination.
  • The Candidate belongs to the SC/ST and PWD(DAP) Category, then he/she should have secured not less than 55% marks in Class 10/SSC and Class 12/HSC Exams or any other equivalent examinations.

Candidates who have not appeared for their Class 12 Exams but are going to appear for the Class 12 Exams or an equivalent examination in June 2022 will be considered eligible for admission into the Integrated Law Programme only after they fulfil the Minimum marks criteria stated above. Another thing that the Candidates should keep in mind is that while calculating the minimum marks to be secured by the candidate to be eligible for Integrated Law Program, the marks in the best five subjects appearing on the Marksheet will be considered. There is also a maximum age criterion for the candidates, the candidates shall not be more than 20 years of age as of 31 July 2022.

IIM Rohtak Integrated Programme of Law- Exam Pattern

The Integrated Law Programme or IPL will be spread over 5 years and a total of fifteen terms, which means three terms each year. The Students will be taught subjects such as Microeconomics, Psychology, Administrative Law, Cyber Law, Labor Law, Corporate Governance, Company Law, etc. The IIM Rohtak will also conduct the IPMAT test, to determine the eligibility of the candidates. In the IPMAT there will be three broad areas, Verbal Ability and reading comprehension, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.
