CUCET Result 2021 (Out) – Check @ cucet.nta.nic.in: On October 20, 2021, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the CUCET 2021 Result for the recently conducted Central Universities-Common Entrance Test. Candidates who took the CUCET 2021 can view their results on the NTA’s official website, nta.nic.in. Candidates’ scores were calculated using the final answer key, which was released earlier in the day. The result issued today is for all applicants who took the Central Universities Admission Test, which was held in a computer-based manner by NTA on the 15th, 16th, 23rd, and 24th of September 2021.
The CUCET 2021 counselling schedule and merit list will be released by the participating central universities based on the weighted average of the CU-CET 2021 score and the individual institutions’ additional criteria.

CUCET 2021 Result: The official statement

The NTA has also produced an official statement summarising some crucial facts concerning the exam and the announcement of the CUCET 2021 Result. The CUCET 2021 exam was held as a screening examination for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate level courses offered by 12 participating Central Universities around the country, according to the announcement. The exam was held in two shifts per day in September 2021. According to the announcement, 1,34,722 applicants enrolled for the CUCET 2021 exam, with 97,416 of them taking part in 60 Test Papers. Out of these 60, 02 for Undergraduate/ Integrated (UI) programmes and 58 for Postgraduate (PG) programmes.

CUCET 2021 Result: How to check the result @ cucet.nta.nic.in

The following are the steps to check CUCET results:

  • Step 1: Go to cucet.nta.nic.in, which is the official website.
  • Step 2: Scroll down to the “CU-CET 2021 scorecard” link.
  • Step 3: You’ll be redirected to a new page containing input forms.
  • Step 4: Enter your application number and birthdate.
  • Step 5: Type in the security code that appears on the screen.
  • Step 6: Double-check all of the information and submit it to the website.
  • Step 7: Your CUCET Scorecard for 2021 will appear on the screen.
  • Step 8: Print a copy of the Result Scorecard for future reference.

CUCET 2021: What happens after the result

For their particular programmes, admissions are handled at the level of each of the participating Central Universities (CUs). Following the announcement of the CUCET 2021 result, the different CUs will announce the counselling/admission timetable and merit list based on the weighted average of the CU-CET 2021 score and the CU’s other criteria. For participating CUs, there will be online and offline admission counselling.

According to the official statement issued by NTA:
“The selection and admission are subject to fulfilling the admission criteria, eligibility, rank in the merit list, medical fitness, verification of original documents and such other criteria as may be prescribed by the participating Central Universities (CUs).”

CUCET 2021 Results: Objections by candidates

Candidates who had previously made objections can tally the amended answer key to see if their concerns have been addressed. Candidates can verify whether the authorities accepted and resolved their objections.
On October 4, the provisional answer key was released. Furthermore, candidates were given one day to file objections to the tentative answer key, which was issued on October 4, 2021. By the end of this week, NTA is expected to release the CUCET 2021 counselling schedule. Meanwhile, applicants should go to the above-mentioned direct website to download their scorecard and check CUCET Result 2021.
