CBSE Results 2020 @cbse.nic.in Soon: As the date for the declaration of the class 10th and 12th CBSE Results 2020 draws near, the board has started its preparations already. Students have been receiving SMS from the CBSE on their registered mobile numbers advising them to download the DigiLocker app on their smartphones, as this will enable them to check their results and access their mark-sheets for CBSE Results 2020 as soon as their results are announced by the CBSE on 15th July 2020. The SMS sent by the CBSE reads as, “Dear Student, your DigiLocker account has been created by CBSE.
Please install the DigiLocker app from https://getapp.digilocker.gov.in to access your digital CBSE mark-sheet/certificate. To log in, use CBSE registered mobile number, OTP, and then enter the last 6 digits of your roll number as security pin.”

CBSE Results 2020: How To Register for The DigiLocker
Here are the steps to be followed by the students to Register for the DigiLocker App:-
- Open the direct link shared by the CBSE through SMS to download the DigiLocker app. You may also directly log-on to the website for completing the registration.
- Enter your mobile number that is registered with CBSE to receive the OTP to log-on to the DigiLocker account. Alternatively, you may also use your Aadhar details to log-in.
- After you have entered the OTP, you will be prompted to enter a security pin. It is advisable to use the last six digits of your roll number.
- Your registration is now complete. You can log-on to the account after the results are declared by CBSE to check your mark-sheet.
CBSE Results 2020: Important information for students
Students who do not wish to download the DigiLocker app on their phones, can also access the platform on the official website @ www.digilocker.gov.in and create their Digi Locker account. Students have also been given the option to register for Digi Locker by using their Aadhar details and following the given instructions. The mark sheets made available on the DigiLocker app will be acceptable for admission to class 11th as well as other higher education institutions.
For the class 10th students, CBSE will be issuing a combined mark-sheet and passing certificate this year. But for the class 12th students, CBSE will be issuing separate mark-sheet and passing certificates for the students.
