CBSE Result 2020: Evaluation of Answer Sheets for 10th and 12th Begins

Ever since the lockdown came into effect, the students who appeared and were appearing for Class 10th And 12th CBSE Board Exams have been waiting patiently. There have been many speculations regarding the results, but no concrete news was coming forth. Now, finally, there is a positive development in which the CBSE class 10th and 12th students will be interested.

 

As per the latest updates regarding CBSE 10th and 12th Results 2020, the evaluation process for the answer sheets has commenced. Yes, the home ministry gave its approval, and now the evaluation process for the class 10th 12th answer sheets is in full swing. These 3000 centres are actually the schools which had been earmarked by CBSE Board as evaluation centres. Detailed guidelines and rules have been issued by CBSE, which must be followed across all evaluation centres. 

 

CBSE 10th and 12th Results 2020: Detailed guidelines issued

 

Considering the still looming threat of the Coronavirus infection, detailed guidelines have been issued by the CBSE Board for the evaluation work. These guidelines have been conveyed to the Chief Nodal Officers, Head Examiners, and Central Supervisors.

The evaluation process for CBSE 10th and 12th Results 2020 will be conducted in work from home mode wherein the answer sheets will be delivered to the homes of the teachers and evaluators. Later on, after the evaluation has been completed, the answer sheets will have to be submitted at the evaluation centre by the teacher or evaluator in a sealed bag.

 

CBSE 10th and 12th Results 2020: Evaluation starts in Green Zone

As per the latest media reports, the work for the evaluation of class 10th and 12th answer sheets will commence in the evaluation centres located in the Green Zone only. This decision has been taken after considering the safety of the teachers and evaluators, and as the risk in the green zone is lower, the evaluation work has started in the specified areas.

In addition to the evaluation centres in the Green Zone, 16 regional offices of the CBSE Board will continue to function freely in the Green and Orange Zones. Though, the regional offices located in the red zone will operate with some restrictions.

 

CBSE 10th And 12th Results 2020: Nodal Officers Have A Key Role To Play

 

In order to facilitate the process of evaluation, CBSE Board has appointed Nodal Officers for each evaluation centre. It will be the responsibility of the nodal officers to collect the answer sheets as well as deliver them safely to the residences of the teachers and evaluators.

 

When the delivery of evaluated answer sheets are made, the nodal officer must take a picture of the Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and school ID of the teacher and evaluator. Teachers will have a time of 7 days to complete the evaluation process and return the answer sheets to the nodal officer.
