CBSE Result 2020: There is now an extremely important piece of news for all the class 10th and 12th students who had appeared for the board examinations conducted by CBSE. As per the latest information shared by the HRD Minister, Mr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, the students can expect their Exam Results for class 10th and 12th CBSE Exams by 15th August 2020. He said during a discussion that, “We hope that the results of both 10th and 12th classes will be declared by August 15. These include the results of previous exams and the results of examinations in July.” The results for both the classes will be declared within a gap of a few days on the official website of CBSE. Students must therefore log-on to the official website of CBSE as soon as the results are declared and download the same for future reference.
The HRD Minister further added that the government has not yet set any firm date for the re-opening of the schools. But he indicated that if the situation normalizes, then the schools across the country can be reopened in the month of August. During a discussion, he stated that “after August the process of opening schools will be started.” The government will assess the ground situation before re-opening the schools. Moreover, the new session at the universities is also expected to resume from August onwards.
Delhi Government Writes To The HRD Ministry
Recently, the education minister in the Delhi Government, Mr. Manish Sisodia communicated his thoughts to the HRD Ministry regarding the reopening of the schools. His letter read that “Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said some time ago that we have to learn to live with coronavirus. So it would be better to open schools with proper safety measures.” He further added that “First of all, we have to assure every child that they are important to us. Everyone has equal rights over the physical and intellectual environment of his school. Education cannot progress beyond online classes only. It would be impossible to pursue education only by calling older children to school and keeping younger children at home.”
Private Schools Also In Touch With The HRD Ministry
Several private schools are in touch with the government over the matter of the re-opening of the schools. They have suggested various ways in which the classroom sessions can be resumed. But the government is apparently in no rush to resume the classes as of now. Their priority is first to conduct the pending board exams between 1st July 2020 to 15th July 2020 and then declare the final results for the students. Any decision regarding the reopening of the schools will be taken only after the results for class 10th and 12th board exams have been declared.
