CBSE Result 2020 Class 12 Toppers List (Update Soon!)

While announcing the results, the HRD minister, Mr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank tweeted, “Dear Students, Parents and Teachers! CBSE has announced the results of Class XII and can be accessed at cbseresults.nic.in. We congratulate you all for making this possible. I reiterate, Student’s health and quality education are our priority.”

But as the CBSE 12th Result 2020 is based on the performance of the students in the exams as well as on the basis of past exams and internal assessment, it is highly unlikely that a merit list will be published this year. Several experts have cast their apprehensions regarding this matter and have said that it will be unfair to students who could not appear for the exams, if any merit list is published. No official announcement has been made by CBSE in this regard as of now, though an announcement is expected within a few days. It is expected that like CISCE, even CBSE will not be declaring the merit list for toppers this year.
