Bihar Board 2020: BSEB Issues Important Notice Regarding Evaluators; Check Details

Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is the official education board in the state of Bihar and is responsible for conducting and managing the school education matters in the state. Due to the nationwide lockdown, the duties of the board have increased manifolds. Recently, BSEB has issued an extremely important notice to all the directors of the evaluation centres in the state of Bihar as well as the district education heads.

The notice pertains to the evaluators of class 12th board exams for the BSEB. The results for the class 12th students of the BSEB were released on 24th March 2020, just before the lockdown was implemented.

In the notice issued by BSEB, it has been specified that the guidelines for payment of the requisite fee had been previously issued to the evaluation centres. Thereafter, the form for filling-up the necessary details had been issued. Now, the centres have been directed to mail the completed for to the official email id of the BSEB @ dditofss-bseb-bih@gov.in. There were 112 evaluation centres in Bihar for evaluation of the answer sheets of class 12th students.

The concerned personnel have been instructed to update the form immediately so that the outstanding salaries and payments of the evaluators can be paid by the board as soon as possible. Strict notice has been issued by the board for the centres who are to upload the personal details and name of the evaluators on the provided form.

Bihar Board Exam News 2020: Strict Action In Case of Non-Compliance

The BSEB has clarified in the notice that all the required details must be sent latest by 20th May 2020, so that the next steps in the process can be initiated. If there is any delay on the part of the heads of the evaluation centres or any other concerned officers, strict action will be recommended against them. The District Education Officers have been issued guidelines to follow-up the matter on priority as any delay would result in a delay in the payment of dues to the evaluators.

While the result for the class 12th students has already been released by BSEB, the result of class 10th students got delayed as the evaluation of the answer sheets was not possible due to the restrictions. The answer sheets were lying at the evaluation centres, but the evaluators were unable to travel to and from the centres due to the lockdown and safety issues.

Though, now the evaluation process for class 10th answer sheets has commenced at different evaluation centres in Bihar. Once the evaluation process is completed, the board will then announce the dates for the declaration of the results for class 10th students.
