National Language of India

India has no National Language as per the Constitution but has Hindi and English as the official languages.

There are 22 scheduled languages in India. They are Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Odhia, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu.
