Important Points Assistant Engineer Medical Test:
- Candidates need to carry One Photo Identity Card with having same Date of Birth as filled in the application form.
- If the Photo Identity Card does not have the Date of Birth then the candidate must carry an additional certificate, in original, as proof of Date of Birth.
- Passport size photographs.
- Candidates need to submit an affidavit in non-judicial stamp paper of denomination of Rs. 10/- or above as per the format given in the notice, The affidavit need to be submitted at the Corporate Office, ES&ER-I Cell, Block-D, 8th Floor, Vidyut Bhavan, Kolkata 700091 within two days from the date of medical examination.
