UPTET Admit Card 2020 is out on 1st January 2020. Candidates who had applied for the exam can now download the admit card here. A recent press release has declared the new exam date for UPTET Exam on 8th January 2020. The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) had earlier scheduled the exam on 22nd December but the exam was postponed the UPTET 2019 for 08th January 2020. Steps to Download UPTET Admit Card

Candidates can download their Admit Card by following the steps given below:

1. Click on the link given below.
2. A new screen will appear for downloading the admit card
3. Now enter your Application Number and Date of Birth to access the Admit Card
4. Click on the Sign in option to view your Admit card
5. Your Admit card will be displayed on your screen
6. Click the print/ download button to save the UPTET Admit Card for your future reference.
7. Candidates are advised to read all the important instruction given below.

Recent Update on UPTET Exam 2019-20

• The estimated count of appearing candidates in UPTET is about 16 lakhs, which is also the number of candidates awaiting the release of admit card. Across various exam centres, the exam will be conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Exam Regulatory Authority (ERA).
• As per the officials, a list will be prepared in order to allot exam centers to the UPTET applicants, which is estimated to be done by last week of December. Thus, the admit card can be expected to release in the first week of January 2020.
• Meanwhile, candidates can check UPTET Exam Schedule 2019:

UPTET 2020 Exam: Important Points

• The exam consists of a pen and paper mode with MCQ type questions
• It is a state-level exam and with the expected huge number of applications, the exam will be conducted in 15 languages

Documents to carry with UPTET Admit Card 2020

1. Candidates need to carry One Photo Identity Card with having same Date of Birth as printed on Admit Card.
2. If the Photo Identity Card does not have the Date of Birth then the candidate must carry an additional certificate, in original, as proof of Date of Birth.
3. In case of mismatch in the Date of Birth mentioned in the Admission Certificate and the photo ID/the certificate brought in support of the Date of Birth, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
4. Passport size photographs.

What After Downloading Admit Card!

• Candidates are advised to check their name, venue address and exam date for UPTET Exam 2019 in order to avoid any hassle on the day of examination
• Read the Instruction carefully and list the dos and donts of the exam hall, especially for items to be carried during the exam.

• In the case of Discrepancy in Admit Card

  Candidates are advised to check the details printed on the admit card and ensure they are correct. In case of any correction requirement, one needs to contact authorities at Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board well before the exam date to request for the required changes.
