UPSSSC Junior Assistant Syllabus

With the release of the exam date on 3rd November by Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC), Syllabus for Junior Assistant post is also important document to go through by the candidate. The official syllabus has been released on 28th August 2019. UPSSSC Junior Assistant Syllabus: Subject wise

Hindi Insight & Writing Ability: The questions will be from Reading, Grammar and Sentence related Grammar use.

General Intelligence Test: This section is to judge candidate’s understanding of a new situation, logic based and conclusion based on good reasoning of the candidate. Understanding and analytics related to relationships, similarities, consistent, conclusions and actions.

UPSSSC Junior Assistant Exam Pattern

Exam Pattern of UPSSSC provides details of the number of questions that will be asked in the written exam. The type of questions/ major subject topics will be described through the exam pattern.
Exam Pattern for the UPSSSC Junior Assistant Written Exam is described below:

  • The written test will have multiple choice objective type questions
  • Time duration for written test will be 01 Hour & 30 Minutes (90 minutes)
  • 1/4 Marks will be deducted in the Negative Marking scheme

Written examination will be followed by a Typing Test for the qualified candidates. The details of the typing test will be notified later.

Written Exam 65 Marks
Marks Based on Educational Qualification 30 Marks (Max)
Marks to Skilled Players 05 Marks (Max)
Grand Total 100 Marks

Written exam holds maximum marks of the total. The candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the written exam.
The educational qualification of the candidates is another important criteria of judgement for increasing consolidated marks in UPSSSC Junior Assistant Exam. Graduate candidates holding first division grade will be given more marks followed by intermediate pass candidates.
Candidates will also be marked on the basis of their achievements and skills displayed at national and international levels.
