Educational Qualification
The educational qualification for the post of Stenographer and Account Clerk is given below:
- Stenographer/PA: 12th Pass from a recognized govt. body with knowledge of shorthand @80wpm in Hindi with typing speed of 4000 key depression per hour.
- Accounting Clerk: 12th Pass from Commerce with typing speed of 4000 key depression per hour.
Age Limit
The age limit of the candidates must be between 18 Years to 42 Years.

Selection Process For UKSSSC Group C Recruitment 2020
The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and skill test for the post of Accounting Clerk and Stenographer or Personal Assistant. However, the exam pattern will be different for each post. The Written Exam Pattern for both the posts is given below.
Exam Pattern For UKSSSC Stenographer and Accounting Clerk
There will be a written test of 100 Marks comprising of 100 Objective Type Questions comprising. The time duration of the exam will be 2 Hours. There will be a negative marking of 1/4 for every incorrect answer.
Exam Pattern For UKSSSC Stenographer
There will be three sections as given below for the written test:
- General Hindi
- General Knowledge
- General Reasoning
Exam Pattern For Accounting Clerk
For the post of UKSSSC Accounting Clerk, there will be 100 Objective Questions. All the questions will be related to Commerce Subject.
Salary For Uttarakhand Group C Recruitment 2020
- For Stenographer/PA: The Pay Band will be in the Level 4, Level 5, and Level 6 Pay Scale as per the place of posting in the department.
