UCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 29th October 2021)

• Candidate should be between 18 – 25 years of age.
• Relaxation in upper age limits as per Government guidelines by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC [NCL] candidates.

Educational Qualification

• Candidate must have Matric/Std. X pass Certificate
• Candidate should also have ITI Examination certificate in relevant Trade from NCVT [National Council for Vocational Training]

Previous Training

• Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship training under Apprentice Act, 1961 in any Govt./Public Sector/Private Industrial organization are NOT eligible to apply for the current enrolment.

4. After registration, the candidate must click on the Apprenticeship Opportunities Tab for selecting the desired trade in which Apprenticeship Training is being searched for.
5. Candidate shall select one or more than one unit from the available options which are Uranium Corporation of India Limited, Jaduguda /Narwapahar/ Turamdih in which candidate wishes to undergo Apprenticeship Training.

• The Final Selection of the candidates will be on a merit basis which means on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in I T I in respective trades.

UCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2021 Stipend

• The minimum rate of stipend per month payable to apprentices shall be followed [Rule 11 of Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 is relevant].
• No TA/DA or accommodation shall be given to the candidate called for verification of certificates or coming to the place of training.
