PSSSB Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Those candidates who have completed Graduation in Agriculture or Chemistry or Biochemistry or Botany or Zoology from a recognized University are eligible to apply.
• Knowledge of Punjabi Language is must- No person shall be appointed to any post in any service by direct appointment unless he/she has passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in the Punjabi language which may be specified by the Government from time to time.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2021)

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years.
• Maximum Age Limit: 37 Years.
• Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ST/OBC/ PH/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules.

• For UR(General): Rs.1000/-
• For SC/BC/ EWS candidates: Rs. 250/-
• For Ex-Servicemen & Dependent: Rs. 200/-
• For Physical Handicapped: Rs. 500/-

PSSSB Technical Recruitment Selection Process

• Candidates have to appear for a written exam. Exam centres will be allotted in the state of Punjab accordingly.
• Selection will be done on the basis of an Objective Type Written Test.
• A minimum of 40% marks is required in the test in order to qualify.
• Qualified candidates will be called for the Interview.

PSSSB Technical Recruitment Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be paid Rs. 35,400/- on a monthly basis.
