NBCC Recruitment 2021: National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC) has recently issued an official notification for the posts of 120 Site Inspector on a contract basis on its official website. The online registration process has been started on 25th March 2021 and will be active till 14th April 2021. The interested candidates holding a Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering passing certificates can apply for this post before the last date. The candidates will be selected on a Contract basis initially for a period of two years.

Mock test for Computer Based Test (CBT) of 20 minutes duration is available on the application portal. Candidates may attend the same to familiarize themselves with the Computer Based Test (CBT).

NBCC Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria

Site Inspector (Civil) The candidates with three years full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt. Recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks. SC, ST & PwBD category candidates having a minimum of 55% aggregate marks shall also be eligible to apply.

Site Inspector (Electrical): The candidates with three years full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Govt. recognized Institute/University with 60% aggregate marks. SC, ST & PwBD category candidates having a minimum of 55% aggregate marks shall also be eligible to apply.

Age Limit

Upper age limit- 35 Years

Experience

Site Inspector (Civil): Minimum 4 Years of experience in the field of PMC/EPC/Real Estate/Infrastructure. The candidate should have relevant experience in construction-related activities i.e. execution/supervision of construction works. Candidates having proficiency in the use of computer will be preferred.

Site Inspector (Electrical): Minimum 4 Years of experience. The Candidate should have relevant experience in planning and execution of a wide range of electrical engineering projects.
Candidates having proficiency in the use of the computer will be preferred.

NBCC Recruitment 2021: Selection Process

The selection of the eligible candidates will be through Computer Based Test (CBT) which will be qualifying in nature. Minimum Qualifying marks in CBT has been decided to be 60%. The final selection of the candidate will be prepared on the basis of a category-wise merit list of marks obtained in CBT. Further, an Offer of Appointment will be issued to the selected candidates subject to verification of documents.

NBCC Site Inspector Salary

The candidate will be paid Rs. 31,000/- per month (The annual CTC shall be Rs 4.8 lakhs per annum approx.)
