Education Qualification
The candidate should be a Graduate from a recognized University with basic knowledge of computers.
Age Limit
- The candidate should be of less than or equal to 38 years to apply for Stenographer vacancies
- Relaxable up to 41 years for OBC, 43 years for SC/ST. 10 years age relaxation for PWD category in each category.

Manipur Stenographer Selection Process
The selection will be done through:
- Written Test
- Computer Test
- Shorthand Test
The candidates who have been declared successful in Written Test will be allowed to sit in the Computer (Practical). Again, those who are successful in the Computer (Practical) shall be allowed to appear in the Shorthand Test.
