Maharashtra Police Constable Recruitment 2020: The Maharashtra cabinet on September 16, Wednesday gave its nod to fill 12,528 vacancies of police constables in Maharashtra Police Force. A total of 5,297 posts of police had to be recruited in 2019 and 6726 posts were created this year in the state. Similarly, for the newly-created Mira Bhayandar and Vasai- Virar police commissionerates, 505 of the 975 vacancies are to be filled in the first phase, the statement said. So, with this, the total no. of vacancies that will be filled in 2020 is 12,528.

Eligibility Criteria for Maharashtra Police Constable Recruitment
Educational Qualification:
12th class passed from a recognized board. For constable driver posts, having a driving license along with experience in driving is mandatory
Age Limit:
Candidates should be between the age of 18 to 28 Years with age relaxation to be given to reserved category of candidates.
