LIC Assistant Merit List
The merit list contains the list of qualified candidates prepared as per the cut off and marks obtained.
- The Final Marks includes the scores of the Main exam. However, keeping in mind the competition and number of vacancies, the scores for each stage of the exam will be higher in the cut-off.
- A separate merit list is to be declared as per the notification. Also for each zone/division, there will be separate PDFs.
- Normalization of marks will be done to prepare the final marks of each candidate.
LIC Assistant Mains Exam Pattern
- The difficulty level of the LIC Assistant Main exam was a little higher than the prelims exam.
- Point to note is that there are 7975 vacancies, for which the expected number of candidates who had appeared for the main was huge.
- As per the exam pattern, the mains exam was of objective tests for 200 marks, with a negative marking scheme of 1/4 marks.
