Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has released notification for National Eligibility Test 2019 (NET) on 14th October 2019. ICAR conducts NET Examination which is a qualifying exam to determine eligibility for the position of Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) and other Agricultural Universities (AUs). NET Certificates will be issued by the ASRB to the qualified candidates. This enables the candidates to apply for the vacancies released by SAUs / AUs. The online application for ICAR NET 2019 is available from 15th October 2019 (11.00 AM) to 4th November 2019 (5PM). Candidates with a complete Masters degree are eligible to apply for ASRB NET 2019.
ICAR has changed the ICAR NET Exam Dates on 21st November from 09th to 15th December 2019 to 06th to 10th January 2020. Candidates must make arrangement accordingly.

- Age Limit Criteria: Age Limit to fill the ICAR NET form is 21 years as on 1st July 2019. There is no upper age limit for the NET

- Candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination such as qualification, discipline, age category.
