Goa PSC Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Post	Educational Qualification
Assistant Professor in Neurology	A recognized medical qualification Postgraduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-specialty equivalent. At least one-year teaching and/or research experience
Lecturer	A qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948). Post-Graduate with Master of Dental Surgery in concerned specialty/subject from a recognized institution or equivalent Should be registered with Dental Council. Knowledge of Konkani.
Junior Physician	A recognized Medical qualification included in the I^st or II^nd Schedule or Part 2 of the III^rd Schedule Post-Graduation degree failing which post-graduate diploma, in the specialty concerned.
Tutor in the Institute of Nursing Education	PG with Master Degree in Nursing from a recognized University and if a candidate with Master’s Degree in Nursing is not available, B.Sc in Nursing/Post Basic from a recognized University, with three years of experience, out of which, one year should be teaching experience in School/College of Nursing. Knowledge of Konkani.
Professor in the Institute of Nursing Education	PG with a Master Degree in Nursing from a recognized University. Ten years’ experience after Master’s Degree in nursing, out of which, seven years should be teaching experience in College of Nursing. Knowledge of Konkani.
Planning Officer	Master’s Degree in Economics of a recognized University. Knowledge of Konkani.
Associate Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry	Graduate with Bachelors and PG with Master Degree in Pharmacy with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Master Degree and PhD or equivalent in appropriate discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Teaching/Research/Industry of which 02 years post PhD experience is desirable. Knowledge of Konkani.
Assistant Professor in Konkani in Government College (APKGC)	Good Academic record with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent.
Principal	Graduation with Bachelor and PG with Master Degree in appropriate branch of Fine Art (Applied Art, Painting and Sculpture) or equivalent with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Master Degree. PhD or equivalent in appropriate discipline. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Teaching/Industry/Research, out of which, 03 years shall be at the level of Professor OR Minimum of 13 years’ experience in Teaching and/or Research and/or Industry.
Assistant Professor in Fine Art (Applied Art)	Graduate with Bachelor and PG with Master Degree in appropriate branch of Fine Art (Applied Art) or equivalent with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Master Degree. Knowledge of Konkani.
Technical Officer in Administrative Reforms Department (TOARD)	Degree of a recognized University or its equivalent. Knowledge of Konkani.
Civil Aviation Officer	Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. In-house training courses conducted by the authorized scheduled operators. Five years’ experience at supervisory level in the Civil Aviation Sector. Knowledge of Konkani.

Age Limit

The candidates’ age must not be more than 50 years depending upon the post he/she is applying for.
