ECL Mining Sirdar Indemnity Bond

A candidate who will be selected as a MIning Sirdar in ECL through ECL recruitment 2022 will be required to submit an Indemnity Bond of Rs 1,00,000/- in Non-Judicial stamp paper to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 years and in case, he/she leaves the company after his appointment before completing 3 years of service as Mining Sirdar, he/she will be liable to pay Rs. 100000/- to the company.

ECL Mining Sirdar Selection Process

The selection process of ECL Recruitment 2022 consists of an online Computer-Based Test and an Initial Medical Examination (IME). The CBT paper consists of 50 Multiple Objective  Questions of 01 mark each based on the subjects relevant to the post. Those who will qualify the CBT exam will be provisionally selected for the IME round conducted by the doctors of ECL and the findings thereon will be final. Those who will be found unfit will be disqualified for the Mining Sirdar post.
