CSL Recruitment 2021 – Selection Process
Candidates who are applying for Cochin Shipyard Trainee Recruitment 2021 for Executive Trainee will go through two phases:
Phase I: Candidates must appear in the online test to qualify for Phase II. The test will be conducted in various centers in Kerala.
Phase II: Candidates who cleared Phase I will undergo Group Discussion, Writing Skills Test and Personal Interview. Phase II will be held at CSL, Kochi.
Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the online test. The candidates shall be short listed for the certificate verification / Phase-II (Group Discussion, Writing Skills and Personal Interview), in the ratio of 1:6, in the order of merit/reservation of posts notified. If two candidates score same marks, senior candidate will be given more preference. Cochin Shipyard Limited Recruitment 2021 – Salary Details
Candidates applying for Cochin Shipyard Trainee Recruitment 2021 for Executive Trainee will undergo one year training. The monthly stipend of Executive Trainee is 50,000 Rs. Candidates will also receive Rs. 3000 for working overtime and closed holidays. After one year of training, candidates will appointed to the post of Assistant Manager with Grade E-1 pay scale of Rs. 40000-3%-140000 and pay fixed at the start of scale.
