AP DPHFW Assistant Surgeon Recruitment 2020: The  Directorate of Public Health & Family Welfare (DPHFW) has invited online applications for the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon. The total no. of vacancies is 665.

Candidates who have completed their MBBS and internship are eligible to apply online by 18th July 2020.

Education Qualification

a) Candidates should have passed MBBS Degree examination from a College recognized by the Medical Council of India.

b) Candidates must have completed internship not later than 16-06-2020.

c) Must be registered (on Permanent basis) with State Medical Council of Andhra Pradesh.

Age Limit

The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01-07-2020 with the relaxations allowed for reckoning duly the maximum age limit as per rules. The candidate should not have completed (42) years of age as on 01-07-2020.
Note: The maximum age limit mentioned above is subject to issue of orders from the Government.

Age Relaxation will be as follows:-

i) For S.C’s and S.T’s & B.Cs: 5 years.
ii) For ex-service Men: 3 years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
iii) For Physically Challenged persons 10 years.

List of Enclosures To Upload For DPHFW AP CAS

A. Attested copies of the following certificates to be uploaded with the online application:
a. MBBS aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in qualifying the examination.
b. MBBS Degree Certificate / Provisional.
c. Internship completion certificate.
d. Certificate of permanent Registration in AP State Medical Council constituted under MCI Act.
e. SSC or equivalent certificate (for Date of Birth)
f. Study Certificates from class IV to X from the school where the candidate studied. If SSC or its equivalent.
g. Copy of the latest Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC (with categorization if any) issued by MRO concerned.

B. Service certificate from the controlling officer concerned (DM&HO/DCHS / Any other authority who appointed the applicant) in case of Medical officer working on contract / Outsourcing basis. In absence of which the candidate will not be given any weightage.

C. The application submitted without the required certificates and incomplete applications will be rejected summarily.

DPHFW AP Assistant Surgeon Salary

The shortlisted intenders in AP DPHFW Assistant Surgeon Recruitment 2020 will get a remuneration of Rs 53,500/- per month.

Selection Process For DPHFW AP Assistant Surgeon

The candidates will be selected on the basis of marks secured by them.

a)Total Marks – 100

b) 75% Marks will be allocated against marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e., Aggregate of Marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination.

Highlights Of DPHFW AP Assistant Surgeon Recruitment

1. The candidates doing PG shall not apply. Permission will not be given to continue their PG course under any circumstances if selected.
2. Selected and appointed candidates should undergo a probation period of three years.
3. Selected and appointed candidates are barred from doing private practice.
4. They will be paid non-practice allowance (NPA) @ 15% of basic pay as an entitlement after completion of their probation period.
