Educational Qualification
- Senior Medical Officer (Ayush)-Â A Degree in relevant streams of AYUSH from a recognized University/Institution and Enrolment in Central or State Register of Indian Medicine.
- Junior Medical Officer (Ayush)-Â A Degree in relevant streams of AYUSH from a recognized University/Institution and Enrolment in Central or State Register of Indian Medicine.
- Junior Medical Record Officer (Receptionist)- Candidate must have done B.Sc. in Medical Records or 6 months Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Records from a recognized University/Institution.
- Social Worker- Class 12th passed from a recognized board and 8 years experience as Social Worker.
- Coding Clerk- Candidate must have done B.Sc. in Medical Records or 6 months Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Records from a recognized University/Institution.
- Maternity and Child Welfare Officer-Â Degree or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
- Medical Record Officer-Â Bachelor Degree preferable with Science & Recognized University or equivalent and should have done one year course in Medical Record from recognized Institution.
- Medical Record Technician- Candidate must have done B.Sc. in Medical Records or 6 months Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Records from a recognized University/Institution.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years.
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years.
