UGC-NET exam postponed due to Covid-19
University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) of India. This is a National-level exam for the graduates aspiring for the position of Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship(NRF) in Indian Universities. UGC NET 2021 Examinations which was going to held in the month of May For the December cycle now has been postponed. This examination was scheduled to begin on May 2 now has been postponed until further notice. The main reason behind postponing the examination is looking into a current scenario the rise in COVID-19 is at peak, NTA (National Testing Agency) considering students as well as public well-being by taking this decision. Dates for UGC NET Examination will be announced 15 days prior to the examination. NTA has taken many steps this week by postponing the examination like UGC NET, JEE and many more steps have been taken for the sake of students.
