SEBI Digital Internship 2020: The Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI has offered online internship opportunities in its legal department. The last date to apply for the internship is May 25 2020. SEBI Internship 2020: Detailed Guidelines Issued By SEBI
The students who are currently pursuing LLB from any school or university recognized by the Bar Council of India and have completed at least three years of five year LLB course or two years of three year LLB course with a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in the previous semester results are eligible to apply for the internship. The internship is also open to LLM students.

The candidates should ensure that their CVs are not longer than two pages and that the Head of the Department or the Course Coordinator of the respective law school or university you belong to should be informed in prior about your application. A scanned copy of the cover letter on the letterhead of the Law School or University, recommending the applicants for the internship should be forwarded by the Head of the Department or the Course Coordinator of the respective law school or university with at most three applicants per quarter. No internship application from individual applicants is entertained. The Head of the Department or the Course Coordinator will be informed about the selected applicants who should join the internship. SEBI Internship 2020: Rules For The Internship Specified by SEBI
This internship is expected to be at least four weeks long, and candidates are expected to cooperate with the SEBI in the working hours through online digital platforms like video conferencing and teleconferencing during the weekdays. This is a paid internship, and the candidates are also eligible for a fixed stipend of Rs 10,000 upon satisfactory completion of the internship. “The intern shall be required to maintain the confidentiality of all the documents/reports and/or any information received by him/her during the internship period, violation of which would entail legal consequences. The intern shall not reveal to any person or organization any information relating to SEBI, its work and policies which are not available in the public domain,” said SEBI in an official notice.
The internship shall also not guarantee any right for an appointment in The Securities and Exchange Board of India, added SEBI.
