Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification – An applicant must possess a degree of Engineering or Technology in the branch of Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Agriculture/ Industrial/ Chemical or equivalent, from a university or institute recognized by the Government of India.

Age Limit – A candidate must be at least 21year old to apply for the recruitment process; the upper age limit is 40 years on July 1, 2019.

Examination Pattern

UPPSC AE Examination comprises two papers and a Personal Interview, wherein the papers will be of written type.
Only the candidates who meet the cut-off criteria in the written examination, as prescribed by the Commission will be called for interview.
The selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in written examination and interview.
However, some posts have direct recruitment on the basis of total marks obtained in the written examination, according to the provision of concerned service rules of such posts.
