Hubli Railway Station in Karnataka is the world’s longest railway station as of 2023. Also known as Shree Siddharoodha Swamiji – Hubballi Junction, it is operated by the South Western Railways under the Hubli division. Platform 1 of the Hubbali station, with a length of 1,505 metres, is the longest railway platform in the world.
2. Gorakhpur Railway Station
Gorakhpur Railway Station is situated in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It became the World’s longest railway platform on 6th October, 2013 with a length of 1,366 meters but later on, Hubli Railway Station took over the title of the longest platform and it became the second longest railway station.
