Customer Care executives interact with customers on behalf of an organization. They provide information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.


  • Handling office correspondence
  • Solving student queries
  • Manage Inbound / Outbound calls and follow up
  • Updating information
  • Always maintain good telephone etiquttes
  • The role will be responsible for handling queries of students, faculties

  • Strong team player
  • Extremely organised
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills


  • Prior experience of 1 year in customer support will be preferred
  • Should be flexible to work in 9:30am to 6:30pm
